The lender will then verify all the information that you had given on the form and when everything proves to be correct, the lender will notify you that they have decided to approve your loan. The verification process will be done in a very timely manner. Shortly after, the money you have requested will be deposited directly into your checking or savings account. Often times, it will only take 1 hour to get the money deposited into your bank account.
When it comes time to pay the loan back, the lender will withdrawal the loan amount plus the agreed upon interest fee for taking out the loan, out of your bank account on the date that you had agreed upon. The time period for these types of loans, is, usually, 2-4 weeks time. Always make sure that you have enough money put into your account to pay back the loan. Now, if you decided to go to a local cash advance office, then, the lender would have required you to have left a post dated check with them. On the due date for your loan to be paid back, the lender will cash the post dated check you left with them.

Question about loan
Is student loan still tax deductable when refinancing a student loan with a personal loan?My daughter has two very high interest student loans. Her credit won't let her do anything, but I can "refinance" it with me getting the loan using my credit. But is it still a "student" loan that she can deduct. She is making the payments and her name will be also on the loan (ironically, she will co-sign for me). This seems to be some gray area once the loan gets moved around. Just want to make sure the "chain of custody" still makes the new loan interest tax deductable. Hope this made sense and thanks for your help.

To answer your questions:
1. We usually check credit at the beginning of the process, and then again no more than 24 hours before funding. Sometimes credit is checked after as well, depending on what is happening to the loan. If it is intended to be sold to another lender, then they may check your credit again.
2. It is unlikely that taking a cash advance will be reported to credit agencies that quickly.
3. I'm assuming the advance you are talking about is from a credit card… It will show on your credit in the form of a higher balance on your credit card. If you have an open credit card it is reporting on your credit regardless of balance. If you advance $3000 on a credit card, the balance will reflect it. It could take a few weeks for this to happen. If you are taking a personal advance, such as a payroll advance that would most likely not show on your credit.
If you do not have enough money to close I can pretty much guarantee the lender will know (you must have provided them with bank statements, or authorization for them to verify your bank accounts, right?) When you "miraculously" show up with the $3000 they are going to want to know where it came from. Now a days every penny brought into escrow has to be paper trailed and documented! If they determine at closing that you have done this, it could cause you to lose your home at closing.
Do not make a mistake that could cost you your loan. You should talk to your loan officer as soon as possible.
You may be able to ask a family member for a gift, and then after the loan has closed, you can take the cash advance and repay them.
But, again, do not do anything until you have talked to your loan officer.

with your credit card debt, you usually can settle with them for a much lower amount! If you take your balances, most of it is probably late fees and interest………When a collection agency contacts you , they usually will give you a payoff amount, say your bill is 5000.00 they will take the fees off and interest *just an example* then they will tell you that you owe a certan amount or they will charge you 10cents on the dollar and come up with an amount so before you go and get a loan and pay them exactly what thye want, try to negotiate,,,,,
say your bill is 3000 ask them if you can settle for 1000dollars payable now,,,, things like that!!!
