What Loan company will take over my federal student loans when the loans are in forbearance so I can go back to school?
My loans are government loans from Saillie Mae. I owe them under $5000.
I heard about this company that will take over your school loans from them but I don't know the name of the company.

Payday loans are legit and great if it is a fast loan and you pay it back on your VERY NEXT paycheck.

The interest rates on these loan are beyond high, extremely high. The thing with these it that most folks don't pay it off on their next paycheck but ask for extensions, which they have to pay for plus the original interest.

So at the end on a 100.00 loan you are paying double or sometimes triple what you borrowed.

If you can pay it back immediately then if you need it, I understand feeding your kids. I have two. But if you know, you won't be able to pay it back on your next check. I say borrower a few bucks from a friend or family member and pay them the interest of 25.00.

    JUST BE CAREFUL WITH THEM!

Be careful if you need to apply for an online payday loan. Each state has different laws and regulations, and I'm not sure about Ohio rules and regulations. Maybe you can find a local payday loan office so you can get help before taking out the loan. http://www.howtogetcashadvance.com

If you have some collateral or a co-signer possibly. Without such things probably not.

Those type of loans, since they are usually paid back within 30 days do not report to your credit at all. However, a bounced check might. So, in your situation, I think you are doing the right thing.

while i’m in awe of his skills, he needs to read up alittle history abput Woodstock and Hendrix and what the poltical motivation for his rendition of the SSB was. You can’t just play it on a guitar like that and mean it for real

This is Alex’s dad, maybe Hendrix did this as a protest, but Alex sure as hell didn’t—I have taught him to love his country–

The pay day loan place wanted you to feel like you couldn't file bankruptcy because it is illegal to enter into debt knowing that you are going to file bankruptcy.

Having said that, in reality, you can do it. The pay day loan place will not want to pay the legal fees to dispute your bankruptcy. If they fight it in the bankruptcy court, they would probably be successful and after your bankruptcy you would still owe them money. Even if they win in court, it would be bad for them because they would spend more money in legal fees than the thousand dollars you owe them.

Please consult with credit counselors before filing bankruptcy. It may not be the best option and the attorney isn't necessarily looking out for your interest.

I'm not aware of such loans under reasonable terms. There are usurious personal loans from "household finance" companies, but if one's credit is really bad, I would imagine even those would be unavailable.

I agree that someone who co-signs is not completely at fault, but they are sufficiently at fault for exercising poor judgement by co-signing. I would only co-sign with someone if I was willing and had the resources to assume full responsibility for the obligation on my own. If the other party defaulted, I would take up the payments – no harm to my credit, but possibly an adjustment to my lifestyle.

In general, it seems to me that a personal loan only makes things worse for someone in a bad credit situation. If one's cash flow situation is good, they can get what they need by pre-saving. If one's cash flow is not good, then more debt will only make that worse.

There are so many banks around but when you want to take a loan, you don’t just walk in into any a bank and apply for a loan. First you have to be a member of that bank and your reason for borrowing should be workable because if it is not you can be denied a loan.
