<p>Real estate investment is the most rewarding investment if handled properly. Day by day the demand for property is increasing and so are the prices of property, as well as rent. However, a person needs to have common sense and complete knowledge about real estate investment before he plunges in. The would be investor should aim at gaining a complete understanding of residential real estate investing analysis and also a formula that would help in determining the price to be quoted, while purchasing a property.</p>
<p>Understanding about real estate investment analysis is not very difficult. The most important point that the investor should keep in mind is that the analysis procedure will vary depending on the type of property. Let us concentrate exclusively on one property type, residential single and duplex family properties that are purchased for rehabilitating and wholesale purposes.</p>
<p>The very first step of real estate investment analysis is to ascertain the fair market value of the property, once all the repairs and other miscellaneous work is over. To do it more accurately, the investor can ask an established realtor to run a comparable sales report for him. Before taking in the report f<span id="more-142"></span>or a final decision, ensure that the properties with which your property is compared are truly comparable on all accounts. The properties should also be in the same neighborhood, with almost the same type of construction and construction period.</p>
<p>The next step in investment analysis is to determine the complete cost of all the needed repairs; to make the property fit enough to be brought into retail condition. The investor should be aware of what is going to be the total repair cost, including the cost of materials, labor and other holding costs. Once both, the after repair market value and the repair cost is determined, the next step is to subtract the latter from the former. The amount after subtraction is known as the property current market value. </p>
<p>The best thing about the real estate investment analysis procedure is that once you are armed with the property current market value, completing other real estate investment analysis is no big deal and it can be done within no time. From the current market value of the property, you can deduct 20,000 or 30% whichever is lower and you arrive at a final offer price.</p>
<p>To make the above-mentioned real estate investing analysis easier, let us consider an example. Suppose the property that you are planning to invest is a single family home located in a mid-priced neighborhood. After looking at all the comparables the realtor has informed you about, you come to a conclusion that the after repair value of the property should be around $150,000. After further taking stock of the current situation the house, you estimate the repairs needed at $30,000, including the cost of materials, labor and holding costs. </p>
<p>Next, subtract the after repair value of the property with the repair cost, to arrive at the current market value of the house. Hence, subtract $30,000 from $150,000 and the current market value would be $120,000.</p>

Bear in mind, that the same software company making claims that they are easy to use, professional, and the solution for you, publishes and approves the website.</P><P>2. Read what the software says it will do. Obviously, you&#8217;re looking for investment software to analyze the cash flow, rates of return, and profitability of income property.</P><P>Okay, but are you an investor looking only to compare investment opportunities, or an agent planning to make rental property listing, marketing, and in-depth property analysis presentations to colleagues and customers? There is a difference.</P><P>As a real estate investor, whereas you surely would want real estate investment software to compute the elements of tax shelter, you might not care whether it creates a deeper property analysis or marketing presentation. Look for a program that at the minimum computes after-tax cash flow and rates of return and consider anything more a bonus.</P><P>Real estate agents on the other hand might accept before-tax cash flows and rates of return (with no computations for tax shelter), but surely would want the rental software to create marketing presentations. <p>What business offers high profit margins with sales all year round? Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Easter, Valentines Day, Birthdays &amp; Christmas are just some of the many occasions celebrated around the world and they all demand greeting cards and associated products.</p>
<p>Retailing greeting cards, small gifts, tags, ribbons, bows, key rings &amp; fridge magnets all offer high profit margins. The minimum mark up is over <span id="more-109"></span>a hundred percent but because the retail price is low, people do not mind paying a decent premium.</p>
<p>Most suppliers are happy to give thirty to sixty days credit whilst your customers pay cash! Cashflow is important in any business and this business offers great cashflow.</p>
<p>Location is key to the success of this business. Find a busy road where other retailers have set up shop and there is a high foot flow. It is not necessary to be in the town centre where rents and rates can be far too high. A busy market or main thorough fare is good enough.</p>
<p>The hours are good as mainly you will have to be open at 9:00am and finish by 5:30pm six days a week with Sundays off. I know of one retailer who starts a little later around 10:00am but then stays open until 6:30pm to cater for people buying a gift on their way home from work.</p>
<p>The design of the shop front and interior can make or break this business. Creating a front that is appealing and then spending money on quality shop fitting is money that will be well spent. Many small greeting card retailers make the mistake of not displaying their wares correctly.</p>
<p>You will need a minimum of 1000 square feet of display plus somewhere to carry your stock. The premises should be carpeted and well lit so that your customers feel a warm and friendly atmosphere. By using warm spotlights properly you can highlight the merchandise and emphasize the fast moving items. Proper use of glass displays will help in selling those high profit margin small gifts.</p>
<p>Stock management is important in this business. If you buy too little stock, your customers will end up going elsewhere. If you buy too much stock, then you will have to wait until next year before you can sell it again!</p>
<p>Ensure that stock levels are maintained and remove stock immediately once the season is over so that your customers always see the right cards at the optimum time. Some suppliers will even offer to take your excess stock back once the occasion is over.</p>
<p>You will have to accommodate for most budgets and tastes. This will involve carrying a large range of styles and different formats so that you can cater for people of all ages. And do not forget your wrapping solutions&#8230; from gift wrap, gift bags, bottle bags and money wallets.</p>
<p>Many suppliers provide retailers with beautiful stands on free loan provided that they are used to display their cards only.</p>
<p>By offering a tremendous selection of good quality greeting cards and using proper stock rotation this will translate into decent sales, repeat customers and great sales! People love buying beautiful greeting cards and if you get the shop front right, offer great service and your display is spot on, then there is no reason why you can not be a successful greeting cards retailer.</p>

There might be some reports that tell us a general type of product that is sold and how many dollars worth of these broad type items have been sold. But nothing that says, &#8216;this product has sold x amount of times for x amount of dollars.&#8217; or something to that effect.</p>
<p>And until recently, I have never seen a product that comes remotely close to listing which product are the most profitable for selling online. I mean, you would have to think that with all these &#8216;guru&#8217;s&#8217;, someone would have a pretty good idea of what sells. If anything they could find out by looking at there OWN records or statements.</p>

<p>Recently &#8211; unbelievably, someone has decided to answer the most asked question of all time. When I received the notice, I was shocked. And to be very honest, I thought it was probably a lie. But, I had to grab a copy. If anything, I could get a refund. If its not what it says it is, thats definitely O.K. Otherwise I would not even consider it.</p>
<p>Thankfully, this product was just what I have been waiting for.</p>

<p>Before embarking on writing a business plan for starting a car wash, a definition of what a business plan is in order. A business plan is a document to identify an opportunity, research why this opportunity is profitable and the steps needed to capitalize on the opportunity. The business plan can be a formal document or it can be written on the back of a napkin but the mere act of writing the idea down forces you to get the ide<span id="more-107"></span>a out of your head and on paper which helps find hidden business flaws and makes you think carefully about each phase of your business.</p>
<p>Creating a business plan is something anyone can do, even if you don’t know anything about business or finances. Even though the business plan is critical to getting the idea off of the ground, many entrepreneurs procrastinate when it comes to preparing a written plan. If you don’t know anything about business or finances, this is the best time to begin learning as the chances of your business being successful will be limited without this knowledge. Just as a builder won&#8217;t begin construction without a blueprint, entrepreneurs shouldn&#8217;t rush into new ventures without a plan. The old saying that “those who fail to plan, plan to fail” is very relevant when talking about starting a business. SBA’s statistics claim over half of new businesses fail in the first three years and the common factor is poor planning or under-capitalization (which is also poor planning). </p>
<p>Getting Started <br />The first step in creating a business plan is just getting started. Writing the business plan may seem overwhelming at first, but if you break the plan down to bite sized pieces and work on one section at a time won’t seem as daunting. Begin with what you know first and describe your business and your product or services. Work towards the more difficult subjects such as marketing, operations and financials. Don’t worry about it being perfect now, just get the concepts on paper &#8211; expand and refine later. If you get stuck on a section in the plan, skip it for now and come back later when you have more details.</p>
<p>Who is your audience? <br />When writing your car wash business plan, you need to keep in mind who your intended audience is and why you are writing the plan. Why? A plan for the bank will be less interested in the exit strategy and return on investment than one for equity investors. Additionally, a plan for written for internal use will be different than one looking for financing as a bank is not necessarily interested in detailed operations of the business.</p>
<p>Structure <br />Business plans tend to have a lot of elements in common. While there is not a format that all business plans follow, there are generally accepted guidelines that most follow as the order in which the subjects flow are not random. The Business Description of a business plan is aimed at painting a picture of your business and why this business will be successful. The Marketing, Management and Operations sections are researched and a strategy of how your business will compete and operate is developed. Last financial projections show in numbers what you explained in the business plan for the sales and expenses. </p>
<p>Breaking these three major sections down even further, a business plan consists of six key components:</p>
<li>Executive Summary </li>
<li>Business Description</li>
<li>Marketing </li>
<li>Managers &#038; Employees </li>
<li>Operations &#038; Location </li>
<li>Financial Projections<br />In addition to these sections, a business plan should also have a cover, title page and table of contents.
<p>How Long Should Your Business Plan Be?<br />The answer that nobody liked in school applies to a business plan which is, “as long as it needs to be”. The more complex a business or the more sophisticated investors or funds requested will increase the length of a plan. An average car wash business plan narrative should be 4-15 pages plus financials and appendix items. </p>
<p>Business Plan Outline</p>
<p>Executive Summary<br />The executive summary is the first part of the business plan but is the last to be written. It gives the reader a quick glance of what your business proposal is about and what you are asking for. This part is critical as most readers will scan this section before deciding whether to read further.</p>
<p>The executive summary should typically be about one-half of a page in length and include what you would cover in an elevator pitch such as:</li>
<li>Explain the condensed version of the business concept</li>
<li>Product description or service proposition </li>
<li>This section should emphasize any unique features or benefits that what is currently in the industry or area, aka why would someone buy your product over the competition. </li>
<li>The demographics of your market</li>
<li>The Management team</li>
<li>When the anticipated start date is</li>
<li>Your equity position</li>
<li>How much are you asking for
<p>Concise is the key in the executive summary. You will go into more detail later in the business plan. </p>
<p>Business Description<br />The purpose of the business description is to objectively describe the car wash business details and future potential include: </li>
<li>Mission</li>
<li>What the business does</li>
<li>Description of products and/or services</li>
<li>Industry information</li>
<li>Business Organization</li>
<li>Status of the business (start-up, expansion or purchasing) </li>
<li>Current and future goals
<p>Any facts or figures should be noted and sources included in the business plan. This information is important should you need to defend your data and assumptions. The business description is where you are trying to paint a picture of the potential of your business along with the facts to support it. Try to inject energy and excitement to get the reader enthusiastic about the idea, without going overboard of course. </p>
<p>After describing the business, it is time to describe and additional products or services your car wash is selling. Keep in mind that it is important to show how your products and services are better than the competition. If you don’t have a good answer than you should rethink your strategy. What is it about your car wash that is going to get the customer to change doing business with the competition? </p>
<p>Marketing<br />A very important part of your business plan is the marketing section. Regardless of the quality of your products and your services, your business will be lost in the clutter of advertising. If you don’t know your customers, how will they ever find you? All of this begins with doing some research. </p>
<p>Customers: Who Is Your Market<br />The first step is to determine who you are going to sell to by identifying common characteristics of your market such as age, income, race, religion, education, interests and/or geographic locations. While everyone will want to wash their car product how are you going to effectively advertise to everyone and still make a profit? What you need to do instead is determine the group or groups of people who are most likely to use your car wash services and market to them. After all you are trying to generate a positive return on your marketing dollars, so use them wisely.</p>
<p>Competition <br />In today&#8217;s ultracompetitive marketplace, there is going to be competition, no matter how creative your business concept is. Attempting to run a portion of your car wash business better than the competition may be a difficult challenge so it is often better to focus on planning on being different and competing with them less directly. Can you serve a particular market niche such as the elderly that isn’t being looked at? Can you identify a unique operations/marketing/distribution strategy with a mobile approach? Even if you don’t have direct competition in your area meaning someone selling the same or similar products/services, you will have indirect competition for replacement products/services. If you indicate in your plan there is no competition it will be viewed that there is either no market for your product or you have not done your research.</p>
<p>Optimally you will want information on at least three but no more than five competitors. List information about who they are, how long they have been in business, location, products or services offered, perception on pricing, quality, etc. and compare your advantages and disadvantages. If the information you are looking for is not available online, you may need to pretend you are a customer to get some of this information.</p>
<p>Distribution &#8211; How Will You Get the Product To The Customer: By looking at who your market and competition is, you will have an idea of how to get your product to them. Perhaps through your research you will find a strategic advantage to serve the customer that the competition does not. </p>
<p>Promotional Strategy<br />With the above steps researched, the promotional strategy follows. The promotional strategy is where most entrepreneurs fail as they use the blanket statement that they are going to advertise in the newspaper, radio and/or television without thinking through the process or the customer. The promotional strategy provides you a map of how you are going to reach your market in the most efficient manner possible. Advertising is expensive, use it wisely. </p>
<p>Sales Projections<br />On of the more difficult areas of the business plan is coming up with sales projections. This number is probably going to be wrong and that’s ok. What you want is a figure backed up with justifiable data. Just grabbing a number out of the air saying you will make $300,000 won’t work. There are many sources to help come up with this number including:</li>
<li>Industry journals</li>
<li>Trade groups</li>
<li>Car washes in similar demographic areas</li>
<li>Industry experts</li>
<li>Census data
<p>Pricing<br />The effects of pricing play a large role on how your product is perceived in the marketplace. Price too low compared to the competition and your product could be perceived as cheap and unreliable. Price too high with the features and benefits of your product and few customers come through the door. While this is a complex issue, here are a few things to keep in mind.</li>
<li>Make sure you can make a profit at whatever price you are selling at. </li>
<li>If you want to have lower costs and “get your foot in the door” it may be better to offer discounts or coupons initially until your business is better known. </li>
<li>Don’t be afraid to charge more for your product or service than the competition if you have something of more value to offer. </li>
<li>Pricing is the easiest of the marketing mix to change. You may find that a large competitor will under price you to ensure you can’t make a profit and your car wash goes out of business.
<p>Management &#038; Employees<br />In this section you would describe who is going to manage the business on a daily basis as well as provide strategic direction (if these positions are separate). Each of these people need to have a brief biography included as well as a resume in the appendix. Try to show how the experience and education of these people will be able to successfully execute the strategy in the business plan and succeed. Many times the owner may not have the specific experience for this business, so it is very important to pull their other professional experience in and explain how it will make for a successful operation. Next, a brief explanation of the employees is in order including:</li>
<li>What positions need to be filled</li>
<li>When they need to be filled (This is important in developing financial projections as you may have some employees come on after you start) </li>
<li>How much they get paid (Be sure to calculate payroll taxes as well, estimate 15% if not sure)
<p>It is also recommended to add the professional and advisors to your business. These people include:</li>
<li>Board of directors</li>
<li>Consultants</li>
<li>Accountants</li>
<li>Attorneys</li>
<li>Bankers</li>
<li>Mentors
<p>Operations &#038; Location <br />The operations and location section of the plan illustrates how you are going to make or acquire your product and information about your business location. </p>
<p>Operations – Explain how and where your products or services are made. A few points to include in your plan<br />How does your car wash operate, what steps are in your service?<br />Who are your suppliers?<br />What are the terms and lead time for this product?</p>
<p>Location – Location is where you will be doing business out of. If you are in the classic, I can’t get my location until I get a loan so I can’t finish my business plan scenario, list what features you are looking at in a building along with average prices or rents and pad that number a little just in case. A few things to add:</li>
<li>Department of Transportation traffic count – most states have this information online to show how many vehicles pass your location each day. </li>
<li>Building description</li>
<li>What is the size</li>
<li>Where is it located</li>
<li>Specific reasons for this property</li>
<li>Proximity to suppliers, roads, airports, railroads, and shipping centers, etc. </li>
<li>Zoning</li>
<li>Average utilities – Be sure to get the last 12 months from the electric company if the building had been occupied. This could be an expensive lesson from a dishonest landlord. If you are opening a new location, try to talk with other car wash operators in a non-competitive area to get a estimate</li>
<li>Add pictures to the appendix</li>
<li>Add a floor plan to the appendix</li>
<li>Purchase price or monthly rent/lease</li>
<li>Include sales/rent/lease agreement in appendix</li>
<li>If building or renovating be sure to include quotes as this is an area frequently underestimated in costs.
<p>Financial Projections<br />Financial projections are placed at the end of your business plan, before the appendix but it a very critical piece to the plan. The three must-have financial statements are a cash flow statement, a profit and loss statement and a balance sheet. The information already provided in the narrative portion of the business plan must match the financial projections. Most financial projections are three years in length. It is a good idea to include a Notes &#038; Assumptions to Financial Projections page to both help make sure all of your numbers come through and provide an itemized list to provide clarity for the reader. </p>
<p>Notes &#038; Assumptions to Financial Projections<br />Loans</li>
<li>Break out each loan (building, equipment, inventory) </li>
<li>Amount</li>
<li>Interest rate</li>
<li>Length<br />And any monthly costs not discussed in business plan narrative</li>
<li>Cost of goods/inventory</li>
<li>Advertising</li>
<li>Employee wages</li>
<li>Insurance</li>
<li>License &#038; fees</li>
<li>Miscellaneous</li>
<li>Professional fees</li>
<li>Rent/property taxes</li>
<li>Repairs &#038; maintenance</li>
<li>Supplies</li>
<li>Telephone</li>
<li>Utilities</li>
<li>Vehicle expense</li>
<li>Etc. </li>
<li>Anything else that needs to be explained in the financials that is not in the narrative
<p>Financial Projection Sections</p>
<p>Startup Expenses – These are all expenses you will incur prior to opening your car wash. It is recommended to have quotes available or in the appendix for the larger items. It is also recommended that you pad your numbers some as there will always be unexpected expenses that were not accounted for. </p>
<p>Sources and Uses of Funds – This section details how the loan money will be used (inventory, car wash equipment, repairs and improvements, working capital, etc) and who is providing it (bank, investor or owner). You will likely need to be injecting 20% of your own money and maybe more depending on the risk assessment of the business and your personal finances. </p>
<p>Cash Flows &#8211; The cash-flow statement is one of the most important pieces of your business plan. It shows a schedule of the money coming into the business and expenses that need to be paid and whether you have enough cash to sustain the business gained during the warm month to cover the costs during the winter months. Every part of your business plan is important, but none of it means a thing if you run out of cash. Should this number be negative, you either need to raise sales, reduce expenses or have more cash. Your cash flow statement will typically be three years in length with the first year analyzing the monthly figures and later years by quarter. Don’t be intimidated with the cash flow statement as it is merely a future look into your checking account. </p>
<p>Profit &#038; Loss – This statement, while similar to the cash flow statement but illustrated annually looks at the effects of non-cash charges such as depreciation and amortization to get an accounting overview of the operations of your business. </p>
<p>Balance Sheet – The balance sheet is a summary of the value of all assets, liabilities and equity for an organization at the end of each year. A balance sheet is often described as a &#8220;snapshot&#8221; of a company&#8217;s financial condition and will show the value of the business over time. </p>
<p>Personal Financial Statement – If you are looking at bank financing every person who will have a 20% or more ownership position will need to provide a personal financial statement to show how effective they are at managing your money. This statement will show your assets (checking &#038; savings accounts, cd’s ira, 401K, valuables, home, vehicle, etc) as well as assets (mortgages, credit card bills, installment accounts, etc) </p>
<p>Appendices<br />Appendix items are various pieces of information that help make your case. Include details and studies used in your business plan; for example:</li>
<li>Quotes for items over $500</li>
<li>Resumes of the management team</li>
<li>Industry research</li>
<li>Demographic data and trends</li>
<li>Maps/floorplans/blueprints of location</li>
<li>Leases and contracts</li>
<li>Letters of support
<p>There is a lot to creating your business plan but will definitely make your business stronger. While it may seem easier to have someone else write your plan, there is no substitute to writing it yourself. This is your business and by writing it yourself you will have a better understanding of your business and strategies for success. There are also many free business plan templates and workbooks available on the web to help you get started. You can use these to help get started creating your business plan and then modify it for your car wash business. </li>

There are other unethical online marketing tools, of course but most of the search engines are smartening up. In fact, some of them can be so relentless that innocent business websites are affected as well.</p>
<p>Nonetheless, most people who engage in internet marketing can be equally relentless when it comes to promoting their websites, products or services. And for those of you who wish to find out just how exactly you can crest the wave of success, here are some of the emerging marketing trends for the World Wide Web.</p>
<p>Facelessness is Becoming a Good Thing</p>
<p>A few years back, people have said that in order to tap into the resources of your potential market, you need to know exactly what their details are: age, status, income bracket, etc. These days, everything is a blank canvas. There are no more demographics over the internet when it comes to online marketing. Almost anything can be sold to anyone at any given time. This means that most of the texts and images used in advertising should appeal to just about anyone who uses the web. This may sound easy, but in truth this is quite difficult.</p>
<p>Imagine how anyone can create something that will attract the attention of people who come from many different countries, from many religious backgrounds, and from many stratums of society. One cannot hope to be politically correct all the time because the advertiser has to deal with a whole range sensibility. And yet, it can be done. There are after all, two basic similarities among internet users.</p>
<p>The Need to Find Easy Texts to Read</p>
<p>Of all the texts, blogs and propaganda spreading rampantly over the internet, most online users prefer texts that are easy on the mind which can be comprehended quickly. This does not mean that treatises and technical documents are shunned by most users. It just means that in order for internet marketing to become successful, a more conversational and light-hearted ad construction is needed. Most business sites or adverts with superlative adjectives are now considered overkill and very often dismissed faster than you can spell the SPAM.</p>
<p>Instant Access Means Instant Success.</p>
<p>Yes, it&#8217;s true. All internet users want instant online access to anything. Wouldn&#8217;t you? There was a point in internet marketing when, after you click on an ad you found particularly interesting, you are redirected into a series of adverts that have absolutely nothing to do with the ones you are looking for. There are a few people (saints, in our books) who would push through with the clicking; hoping that something worthwhile will eventually turn up but nothing ever does.</p>
<p>This can be great &#8230; as a practical joke, but certainly not as an internet marketing tool. Most internet users now do not want to fill out the newsletter subscription; do not want to fill out the customer demographic page (for research purposes, they say); do not want to fill out the friend referral page; do not want to fill out the feed back page &#8230; It is far easier to click on the close button and find an advert that leads directly to the business website where the information is right there &#8211; yes, right there where the potential client wants it to be. Information that is often considered as pertinent includes online contact information of the company, rates/costs, special promos and discounts, guarantees, etc.</p>
<p>On the whole, these emerging internet marketing trends seem to be leaning towards straightforwardness and simplicity. The faster the internet user can get a hold of whatever it is wanted, the more successful the ad will be. Traditional internet marketing still rules &#8211; but only just.</p>

<p>In the world of online marketing today, there are thousands of products and services available to help you improve your business, get more web traffic, and simply earn more money. One problem that I have found is that not only does the quality of products vary wildly, the cost does also. When people buy products online, there is one question that should always be asked, but often isn&#8217;t. Is this product really worth it?<br />

The answer to this question is sometimes very hard to discern. Personally, I prefer to look at business purchases on a purely economic basis. Put simply, will buying this product or service result in earning more money than it costs. If you don&#8217;t believe that it will, then the choice is an easy one&#8230; don&#8217;t buy it. It just doesn&#8217;t make sense to do so. At this point some of you are probably saying, &#8220;if I knew how much money it would make me, it would always be an easy choice.&#8221; I would certainly agree with that statement. The cost of the product is usually very easy to calculate, but the earnings can be far more complicated.</p>
<p>When considering the earning potential of a marketing product, there are several things that should be considered. First, look at the expected short-term results. Will the product start driving traffic and sales immediately or will it take several months for the results to start to show up? Also, are the benefits from the marketing product long-lasting such as optimizing your website for SEO or are they short term like a newsletter advertisment? With products that will likely take months to pay off, make sure that you can afford to spend the money now even though you won&#8217;t see any earnings from it for quite some time.</p>
<p>Things can be even more complicated with products that don&#8217;t have easily trackable results like PR services. An improved company reputation is certainly good for business, but it is very difficult to point to specific sales that resulted from the expense. There is not any easy calculation or estimate that can be done to figure out the earning potential of a product, but be sure that you consider all of the benefits, beyond direct sales and revenues.</p>
<p>There are really two broad types of marketing products and services- Those that you could do yourself and those that you couldn&#8217;t. This is an important distinction to make because many products fall into the first category. A good example of this would be paying for an article submission service. You could certainly manually submit your articles to each directory, but it would take a considerable amount of your time. It is important for you to value your time in order to decide if the product or service makes sense for you. Those with more free time to spare, would likely receive a lower value from such a service than the business owner who has absolutely no time to manually submit articles. The value will be different for everyone, so consider your situation and see if it makes sense for you.</p>
<p>Finally, when considering a product or service, step back and consider your motive for purchasing the product. Are you looking to save time with a certain task or for expert advice? If so, you probably have a valid motive to purchase the product. Unfortunately, many business owners purchase these products out of fear or a false feeling of necessity. If business has slowed down or money is tight, it is very common to look for a product that will act as a cure. If you don&#8217;t believe me, take a look at all the millions of dollars that have been spent on products that offer instant riches with little to no effort. Keep this in mind&#8230; there is no marketing product out there that will bring you lots of money in a very short period of time. Even if there was, the cost of the product would be high enough that it would take time to earn it back. If you find yourself buying a product as a way to &#8220;turn things around&#8221;, make sure you are very careful. Too many times, people make poor or unnecessary purchases because the were just hoping for change. More often than not, they end up disappointed and with even less money in their wallets.</p>
